All local trains and many long distance trains stop at the Boisar railway station. Boisar will have one more railway station for the bullet train project for the Mumbai Ahmedabad Railway bullet train route.

The Boisar railway station has eight food stalls and four toilets. The station is need and clean. Boisar railway employees are taking good care of the railway station and are living in Boisar railway quarters near to the station.
